Mental Health Resources

Wake Up Narcolepsy recognizes the ways in which Narcolepsy and mental health overlap and interact and acknowledges the importance of providing help in this capacity to the Narcolepsy community. We are working on connecting with organizations to bring resources to light about mental health, suicide prevention and Narcolepsy.

If you have thoughts of hurting yourself or others, call 911 immediately, call 988 to reach the suicide hotline or chat online at 988lifeline.org
