Along with our specific group for Canada, we have 8 other free online support groups for individuals with Narcolepsy and their families worldwide. Our programs are designed to bring together individuals who have been affected by the diagnosis of Narcolepsy and provide support and the community necessary to thrive. Individuals with Idiopathic Hypersomnia are also welcome to join these support groups.
The “Do You Know Narcolepsy” poster from WUN and Hypersomnolence Support Network Japan outlines the symptoms of the often misunderstood disorder alongside illustrations. For World Narcolepsy Day 2024, WUN launched translations in 10 languages!
The Sleep Health Equity Engagement Project (SHEEP) team is looking for participants in Canada for a sleep health equity survey! They are looking for people who are part of or work with groups that are not often included in research. For example, people living with a disability or chronic health condition or caregivers of people with disabilities and chronic health conditions. They also want to hear from people who are interested in sleep health equity.
