2025 East Central WUN Town Halls Recap
So far, Wake Up Narcolepsy (WUN) has had four 2025 WUN Town Halls. The recent events brought together people of all ages for opportunities to connect with, learn from and support each other. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive and expressed how meaningful these interactions can be.
Starting off the year was the Nashville WUN Town Hall in March, where new members joined returning attendees from the 2024 event to focus on mental health. The already existing community was strengthened, showing excitement for even more growth in the future.
The next three events were part of a collaborative series between WUN and Dr. Bruce Corser, taking place in Dayton, OH, Indianapolis, IN and Louisville, KY. These special events were dedicated to sleep education and awareness as a whole and featured voices of those living with Narcolepsy and IH. Dr. Corser shared insights on clinical trials, research progress and answered countless questions. Community members shared their stories, helping both those who were newly diagnosed and who had been diagnosed for years find comfort in not being alone.
