OSAKA, Japan and CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts, August 24, 2026 – Takeda (TSE:4502/NYSE:TAK) announced that the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) approved the use of ORZEYFUL (oveporexton) for the treatment of narcolepsy type 1 (NT1, narcolepsy with cataplexy) in adults.
