Dear Wake Up Narcolepsy supporter,

Sleep Awareness Week is March 6-13.
To raise awareness for Narcolepsy during Sleep Week,
you can hold a “Narcolepsy Goes to School” Event.
Here’s an easy way to help educators in your area learn more about Narcolepsy.

Just follow these easy steps.

Contact your local school(s) and let them know that March 6-13 is Sleep Awareness Week.

Ask if you can distribute materials to teachers, school counselors and administrators about the signs of narcolepsy.

Ask if there are opportunities to speak about Narcolepsy at a PTA or PTO meeting.

Contact Wake Up Narcolepsy to order wristbands, pens and Narcolepsy Goes to School literature.

You can also download and print your own Narcolepsy Fact Sheets and Narcolepsy Goes to School literature.

Host a table with snacks and literature in the teachers’ lounge or give away treats along with Narcolepsy awareness information.
